Personal Assistants (PAs) are responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations and administrative needs of executives or senior managers, and play a critical role in bridging internal and external communications.

Keahlian :
- Ability to use schedule management software, such as Google Calendar, Outlook, and business communication tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin is a must.
- Able to compose and edit official documents and emails with accuracy and professional style.
Kualifikasi :
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Secretary, or related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Secretary, or similar position supporting executives.
- Experience in a fast and dynamic work environment is a plus.
- Understand in using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other productivity tools.
