Secretary
As a Secretary you will assume the duty of clerical and administrative support in order to optimize workflow procedures in the office, assist colleagues and executives by supporting them with planning and distributing information.
Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan :
1.Answer phone calls and redirect them when necessary
2.Manage the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments
3.Prepare and disseminate correspondence, memos and forms
4.File and update contact information of employees, customers, suppliers and external partners
5.Support and facilitate the completion of regular reports
6.Develop and maintain a filing system
7.Document expenses and hand in reports
Keahlian :
1. Good Communication ( fluent in English )
2. Familiarity with office organization and optimization techniques
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
4. Proficiency in MS Office
Kualifikasi :
1. Bachelors degree
2. Good Communication ( fluent in English )
3. Proven work experience as a Secretary or Administrative Assistant
