We are leading property management company, specializing in connecting property owners with short-term rental opportunities via major OTA platforms. We are looking for a detail-oriented and trustworthy individual to join our team as an Admin Finance. This role will be responsible for supporting the company’s financial management, ensuring smooth financial administration processes, and assisting in recording and reporting financial data.

Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan :

1. Manage and review financial documents, such as invoices, receipts, and payment records.
2. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports.
3. Perform bank reconciliations and cash flow reports.
4. Handle petty cash administration and ensure usage aligns with the budget.
5. Support payroll processes and vendor payments.
6. Coordinate with relevant teams for data and document collection.
7. Maintain financial records in an organized and systematic manner.
8. Handle montly tax reports.
9. Manage the procurement of operational supplies, including vendor selection, purchase orders, and ensuring timely delivery.
10. Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock availability for operational needs.

Keahlian :

1. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
2. Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and taxation.
3. Detail-oriented, disciplined, and able to work under pressure.
4. Good communication and coordination skills.

Kualifikasi :

Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s (S1) in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
