- Overseeing the daily operations of the cashier team, Hiring, training, and developing new team members, Scheduling shifts to optimize staffing levels, Providing coaching and feedback to improve performance
- Handling cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently
- Operating the point-of-sale (POS) system
- Inventory Management
- Financial Reporting

POS (Point of Sale) Software and Excel
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Proficiency in [Language, e.g., English, Bahasa Indonesia]
Basic accounting knowledge

Proven experience as a Cashier Supervisor or similar role in a restaurant setting
Strong understanding of cash handling procedures and POS systems
Excellent organizational and time management skills
