Account Manager (Tour & Travel)

The Account Manager is responsible for managing client relationships, handling incoming inquiries, creating tour programs and proposals, and ensuring seamless communication between clients and internal teams.
This role focuses on delivering excellent service, and maintaining long-term client/partner satisfaction.

- Handling incoming request from client / partner
- Creating proposal & costing
- Working with ops & finance team for program preparation
- Making sure all program runs smoothly

- Customer awareness
- Costing
- Managing pipeline

- At least diploma degree
- 3 years of experience within the tourism industry
- 3 years of experience in customer-facing roles
- English proficiency is a must
