Bali Bisa Mandiri sebuah Holding Company dibidang F&B, Retail dan Hotel di Bali sedang membutuhkan posisi Legal Supervisor yang bertugas untuk urusan Penyusunan, Pemeriksaan dan perpanjangan data Perjanjian, Legalitas dan Permit unit usaha yang dikelola oleh holding.

Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan :

1. Handling Legal & Permit of all Unit Business (Resto, Hotel, Retail)
2. Drafting & Review Legal Agreement following applicable Legal Provisions
3. Connecting with public Notary, Lawyer, Legal Firm to get Legal Advice following Applicable Legal Provisions
4. Connecting with Third Parties (Landlord, Local Community & Government) to maintain relation as Holding Company

Keahlian :

Drafting & Reviewing skills Legal Permit & Agreement
Maintain Relation with Third Parties (Lawyer, Law Firm, Local Community & Government)
Have interpersonal & Social Skills communication to engage with Local Community and Government

Kualifikasi :

1. Minimum Bachelor degree in Law (preferably in Business Law)
2. Have 2 years experiences in Law firm or Similar Company and Handling Projects related to manage Permits in F&B Industry
3. Willing to Join Immediately, location : Kuta-Bali

Waktu Bekerja :

Jam 09.00 - 17.00 WITA, Senin - Jumat
