PT Rasa Jiwa Indonesia (Baker Old), a leading company in the F&B industry, is looking for an enthusiastic and talented Staff HR (Human Resources) to join our growing team! 1. Supporting HR operational processes including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
2. Assisting in payroll processing, benefits administration, and attendance tracking.
3. Maintaining accurate HR records and ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
4. Collaborating with department leaders to support talent development and training initiatives.
5. Contributing to employee engagement programs and fostering a supportive work environment.

1. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to effectively interact with employees and management.
2. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple HR tasks simultaneously.
3. Solid understanding of labor laws, employment standards, and HR compliance practices.
4. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

1. A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
2. At least 3 years experience in related field
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
4. Familiarity with HR software and tools is a plus!
