Digital Marketing Specialist

PT. Manta Agung Solusi is a leading provider of IT solutions in Bali, including cyber protection, data recovery, website design and development, system integration, networking, and IT outsourcing. We are seeking a talented and passionate Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team and drive our online presence to new heights.

1. Plan, develop, and execute lead-generating campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant social media platforms.
2. Boost company branding through creative and data-driven digital strategies.
3. Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaigns to achieve lead generation goals and maximize ROI.
4. Collaborate with the team to create engaging and relevant content for ads, posts, and other digital materials.
5. Manage the company's social media presence, ensuring consistent brand messaging and engagement with the audience.
6. Generate detailed performance reports and provide actionable insights for future campaigns.
7. Handle other tasks assigned by the company to support overall operations and team goals.

1. Experience with social media analytics and tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, etc.
2. Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
3. Ability to measure campaign success and provide actionable insights.
4. Basic knowledge of copywriting principles.
5. Experience with email marketing platforms like Mailchimp, etc and ability to design and manage email campaigns effectively.
6. Basic knowledge of tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator to create visual content.
7. Basic knowledge of coding (HTML, CSS) is an additional advantage.
8. Good English communication skills, both written and verbal.

1. Proven experience in managing digital marketing campaigns, preferably in IT or tech industries.
2. Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and other digital advertising platforms.
3. At least 1 year of experience in digital marketing, SEO, and SEM.
4. Bali-based candidates are preferred.

8am - 5pm, Monday - Saturday
