Partners Acquisition Retention

Responsible for developing, coordinating and maintaining relation with dr.m Network Partners

1. Monitoring trends of content and creator on Youtube and Music Platform in Indonesia
2. Identify and engage with potential partners to join with dr.m Network
3. Analyze the need of partners that join Network and having a close coordination with Partners to maintain their relation with dr.m
4. Support the activity of dr.m Network social media management.
5. Support the activity of Partners content promotion on Youtube and Music Platform

1. Microsoft Office Savvy, Social Media Savvy.
2. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and confidence to engage people at all levels
3. High passion and enthusiasm towards people, music, entertainment, specially digital; with strong knowledge of the behavior and trends
4. Ability to develop, present, and execute creative ideas/ proposals
5. Active, easy going, have a good motivation and dynamic person
6. Have a great problem solving skills (able to mediate issues and translate it into solutions)
7. The ability to work well as part of a team

1. Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree.
2. Having minimum 3 (two) years experience
