Mazari Villas

1. Help guests with planning and booking reservations for integrated villa products and services, including activities during stay.
2. Understand guests’ needs and provide them with personalized solutions by finding guest preference and travel plan for suggestive selling potential.
3. Be customer centric with internal and external guests via all communication channels.
4. Deliver high touch experience that is aligned with Company Service Strategy to all guests.
5. Handle first level complaint with a pleasant disposition.
6. Address guest concerns and inquiries effectively to ensure guest satisfaction.

Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan :

1. Handle incoming reservation inquiries and bookings efficiently.
2. Promote and upsell additional services and packages.
3. Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through personalized service.
4. Coordinate with various departments to ensure guest needs are met.
5. Generate reports to track reservation metrics and performance.

Keahlian :

1. Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written (additional languages preferred).
2. Proficiency in reservation systems.

1. Female or Male
2. Previous experience in reservation sales or a similar role within the hospitality industry.
3. Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
4. Flexibility to work shifts as needed.
