Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan :
Job Description:
1. Fully responsible for marketplace store operations such as: Tiktok, Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada.
2. Optimize the usage of online platform marketing tools.
3. Analyze platform performance and use data-driven insights to improve processes and increase sales.
4. Manage campaign submission, uploading SKU and promotion, uploading store deco.
5. Create livestream strategy, sales report, and data analysis.
6. Provide leadership and guidance to team members such as KOL, and live streamer.
7. Keep up to date with industry trends, conduct competitor research, and anticipate changes in Customer demand patterns.
8. Monitor and ensure smooth order processing, shipping, returns, and inventory management.
9. Monitor online customer feedback and act as liaison with customer to work with or resolve customer or product situations
Keahlian :
- In-depth knowledge of marketplace management, SEO, and digital marketing strategies.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Excel, and e-commerce platforms.
- Fluent in English
- Strong familiarity with TikTok, Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada and other major e-commerce platforms
Kualifikasi :
Requirement:
1. At least Bachelor degree or above, major is not specified; passionate in e-commerce or Internet industry development.
2. Have minimum of 1 - 3 of proven experience in E-Commerce Operations.
3. WFO 100%, Willing to be placed at Kalideres Jakarta Barat
