Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan :

Develop and execute sales strategies to meet company goals.
Manage and motivate the sales team.
Analyze sales data and adjust strategies accordingly.
Build relationships with clients and close deals.

Keahlian :

- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals.
- Strong skills in managing and motivating a sales team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Deep understanding of the local market dynamics and competitors in Jakarta.
- Ability to analyze sales performance and make data-driven decisions.

Kualifikasi :

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree can be a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in sales, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
- Experience in the travel, event, wellness and creative industry
- Experience working in Jakarta or knowledge of the Indonesian market and consumer behavior.
