Account Executive

An Account Executive (AE) plays a vital role in managing client relationships and ensuring the smooth execution of projects within an agency or business. They act as the primary point of contact between clients and the agency, ensuring that client needs are understood, communicated, and met. The AE is responsible for managing the overall client experience, from initial consultation to project delivery, while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Identify new business opportunities and acquire new clients through various sales strategies, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Oversee and manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded, while serving as the main point of contact.
- Work with internal teams (marketing, design, product, etc.) to deliver projects on time and within budget, ensuring client requirements are met.
- Develop and present proposals, presentations, and pitches tailored to the client’s needs, demonstrating the value of products or services.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to provide clients with valuable insights and strategic advice.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring favorable terms for both the client and the company.
- Track sales performance, prepare regular reports, and provide forecasts to the management team.
- Address client concerns and issues promptly, providing solutions and maintaining a positive relationship with clients.

Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience: 2-3 years in sales, account management, or a client-facing role.
