Property Acquisition Specialist

We are leading property management company, specializing in connecting property owners with short-term rental opportunities via major OTA platforms. We are dedicated to offering a seamless, profitable experience for property owners while ensuring their properties are optimally managed. As we expand, we are seeking driven, motivated, and goal-oriented Property Acquisition Specialists to join our growing team.

- Identify and target potential property owners interested in partnering with SleepRest for short-term rental management.
- Build and maintain relationships with property owners, ensuring they understand the value of SleepRest’s services.
- Manage the full acquisition process, from initial contact to closing agreements.
- Meet monthly acquisition targets (details provided during the interview).
- Keep track of your activities, including calls, meetings, and deals closed, and report on progress.
- Provide regular updates to the management team on sales performance.

- Proven experience in sales, property acquisition, or real estate is preferred but not required.
- Self-motivated, with a strong desire to meet and exceed targets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable with cold calling and building relationships with potential clients.

Experience in sales, real estate, or property acquisition is preferred but not mandatory.
Fresh graduates with strong interpersonal skills are welcome to apply.
Own a smartphone and have basic tech literacy.
Ability to travel locally if needed.
