Senior Qualitative Researcher
We are looking for an experienced and innovative Senior Qualitative Researcher to join our team. In this role, you will lead complex research projects, mentor junior researchers, and collaborate with clients to provide meaningful, actionable insights. Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan :
• Design and manage end-to-end qualitative research projects, including methodologies such as in-depth interviews, focus groups, ethnographic studies, and co-creation workshops.
• Develop high-quality research materials, including screeners, discussion guides, and reports.
• Analyze qualitative data to uncover themes, insights, and actionable recommendations.
• Present findings to clients through impactful narratives and visually engaging presentations.
• Act as a thought leader, offering strategic advice and innovative solutions to meet client needs.
• Mentor and guide junior team members to develop their qualitative research skills.
• Stay abreast of emerging trends, tools, and methodologies in qualitative research.
Keahlian :
• Skilled in a wide range of Qualitative methodologies (FGDs, IDIs, Ethnography, Online Qual etc.)
• Demonstrated ability to think analytically, structure data into a coherent story, and write logical recommendations
• Fluent in English, both written & verbal
• Computer savvy and comfortable working with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
• Strong storytelling and presentation abilities to convey findings in a compelling way.
• Proficiency in qualitative research tools and software.
Kualifikasi :
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Sociology, Anthropology, Psychology, Market Research, or related fields.
• At least 2 years of experience in qualitative research, with a proven track record of leading projects and delivering high-impact insights.
• Expertise in managing client relationships and understanding their strategic objectives.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
