Serve wine along with Food & Beverage service to all dining guests
Upsell wine to dining guests
Perform wine inventory and suggests replacement or fulfillment of stock

Extensive knowledge on wines and regions of the different types.
Have a good communication to customers
Knowledge of local vineyards and wineries.
An understanding of the wine making process.

Previous experience as a sommelier, wine steward, or in a hospitality role.
Available to work long hours, weekends, and travel.
