We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our KatibeHouse in Bali. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations, from staff management and financial performance to guest satisfaction and culinary excellence.

Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan :

Oversee daily operations, including opening and closing procedures.
Ensure smooth service delivery, efficient workflow, and high-quality standards.
Manage staff schedules, training, and performance evaluations.
Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies and food.
Implement and maintain strict food safety and hygiene protocols.
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Financial Management:
Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and reduce costs.
Monitor and analyze financial performance, including sales, expenses, and profitability.
Prepare and submit regular financial reports to ownership.
Manage the restaurant's budget and control costs effectively.
Marketing and Sales:
Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
Utilize social media and online platforms to promote the restaurant.
Coordinate with online food delivery platforms to ensure smooth operations.
Manage the catering services, including event planning and execution.
Human Resources:
Recruit, hire, and train new staff members.
Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.
Address employee concerns and resolve conflicts.
Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations.
