ISKU is a new brand, specializes in home appliances, Gadget Accessories, and electronics by distance selling with shipping across Indonesia and Globally. Our online store was developed through ground-breaking e-commerce solutions. ISKU strives to create an experience that makes purchases as convenient, easy, and efficient as possible.
Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan :
- Lead and manage a team of customer service representatives.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively.
- Train and develop the customer service team.
- Monitor team performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Implement new processes and procedures to enhance customer service.
- Analyze customer data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Maintain a positive and supportive work environment.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.

Kualifikasi :
- Bachelor’s degree any major
- Minimum of experience in Customer Service
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong customer service orientation.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
