The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing online marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation. This role requires a strong understanding of digital channels, analytical skills, and creativity to support the company's digital presence and ensure alignment with overall marketing objectives.
Keahlian :
1. SEO and SEM Expertise: Strong understanding of search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) to improve organic search rankings and manage paid campaigns.
2. Social Media Proficiency: Experience with managing social media platforms, creating content, engaging audiences, and analyzing performance across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
3. Content Creation: Ability to create engaging and relevant content for digital platforms, with a good understanding of what resonates with the target audience.
4. Analytical Skills: Proficiency in using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights) to track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, and to make data-driven decisions.
5. Email Marketing: Knowledge of email marketing platforms and strategies, including list segmentation, automation, and A/B testing for optimized campaign performance.
6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
7. Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and basic HTML/CSS is a plus.
Kualifikasi :
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in a similar role.
