KOL & Partnership Specialist
Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan :
Manage partnerships with brands, influencers (KOLs), and media.
Conduct marketing research on trends, brands, and influencers.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with KOLs, media, and third-party agencies.
Develop and execute KOL campaigns, achieving targets such as 8 million views per month.
Assist in the execution of social media content and all marketing administration needs (Partnership, Photoshoot, Event Marketing)
Research and identify KOLs across digital platforms to enhance brand experiences.
Implement KOL engagement campaigns by coordinating with KOLs on requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
Collaborate with team members to initiate and execute different promotional campaigns.
Negotiate contracts and costs to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
Provide accurate timing estimates on work.
Keahlian :
Proficient in all social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, YouTube).
Up-to-date with social media trends and technological developments.
Experience in partnership management (KOL Brand or Media Partnership) with a strong network.
Strong public speaking, communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and ability to work under pressure with a target-oriented approach.
Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
Kualifikasi :
Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Public Relations, Communication Management, Business Management, or related field.
